Trust Sale! We have been appointed to sell real property through public offering. These properties are sold as is, where is. Buyers are advised to independently verify all property information and conduct their own due diligence regarding the property’s condition, occupancy, and possession. All offers must include a 5% initial deposit with a 30 day or less escrow period. This is an AS-IS Sale with No Contingencies.

TERMS: Submit all offers on the C. A. R. Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA) with proof of funds and the Trust Advisory (C.A.R.Form TA). The Trustee reserves the right to accept, counter or reject all offers. However, the accepted offer will have 48 hours to sign all disclosures and provide broker with the required deposit. In the event the accepted offer fails to return the documents and the deposit, the Trustee has the unilateral right to offer and sell the property to any other party.

REAL ESTATE AGENTS: Real Estate Agents must be identified by the Prospective Buyer on the BRBC prior to submitting an offer.
